Hotel was fairly clean and the balcony overlooked the mountain. Truly enjoyed our rooms with a nice modern bathroom. All the staff was lovely and informative, tackled our issues. Very close to a gondola station, the location was great. The venue was set in a pretty nice area.

The room was newly remodeled with a comfortable bed, a lounge, and Netflix. The view from the window was particularly nice. The motel has a great and unbeatable location near the airport, and it's just a 15-minute walk from Kiwi and Birdlife Park. Additionally, it's conveniently close to a supermarket.

Good hosts good location
No modern day heating motel a little bit old could do with a makeover for price of a weekend

Great place to stay, lovely older couple run it who are very friendly and helpful. It was my first time in queens town and they explained where everything was in detail. Room was clean and tidy with dated but efficient kitchen. The location was excellent to, the town centre was literally a 5 min walk plus there was a decent sized supermarket 2 mins walk in opposite direction.
Absolutely nothing to dislike.

For an older budget motel, it was warm and well maintained
Only one side of the electric blanket worked. No remote for the tv tv was screwed to the wall and could only be veiwed from the kitchen table and only from the sofa if it was moved making it awkward to get round the room. It couldnt be viewed from the bed

I had a fantastic stay at this 4-star hotel! The location was perfect, with the supermarket just across the street. It was so convenient to have everything I needed within walking distance. The room was spacious and had all the amenities I could ask for, including a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable sitting area. I loved the balcony, where I could enjoy the stunning view of the snowcapped mountains. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making me feel truly valued as a guest. The housekeeping service was top-notch, keeping the room tidy and clean throughout my stay. The free Wi-Fi and flat-screen TV with Netflix were a great bonus, ensuring I stayed connected and entertained during my downtime. this place exceeded my expectations and I would definitely recommend it to my family and friends.
I highly recommend this hotel to family and friends.

We had a lovely stay at this place. Everything we needed was provided, and the parking on-site was convenient. The apartment was exceptionally clean and tidy, with stylish decor and lovely drapes. The bathroom facilities were the best we had experienced during our travels. The staff were very helpful and the location was excellent, within walking distance of the main area.
Highly recommended! We will definitely come back and stay here whenever we're in town.

We had a very nice stay here. The staff was accommodating and the views of the mountains were great. The studio apartment was updated and had everything we needed, including Netflix, a couch, and a toaster. The location is good, close to the airport, a smaller boutique supermarket, and the town center.

A reasonably comfortable motel for one in its price range. The manager was particularly friendly and helpful. The lounge and bedroom were a generous size and it was reasonably well equipped. It had a very nice outlook and received excellent afternoon sun. It is reasonably well located - about 10 minutes walk from the town centre. The heating provided was well able to heat the lounge and bedroom.
The bathroom is poorly designed - it is very narrow, there is no vanity - only a silly little handbasin - so nowhere to park the toothbrush etc. There is no heating in the bathroom either. Showering etc is not a very pleasant experience.

The owners are very friendly and helpful. The accommodation, although basic, is very clean and (apart from the bathroom) quite spacious. They include things like dvd players, hairdryers, iron and ironing board, which is handy. It's also close to the town centre.
The rooms, although clean, could do with a bit of an update: it's budget accommodation, so you can't expect marble bathrooms, but things like floor lamps or table lamps in the main room (for example) so you don't have to sit under the glare of a ceiling light, would still be nice. Shower-room and loo / sink are very small, although serviceable. Wireless is a bit hit and miss - the signal was often poor.

We had a fantastic stay at a motel just a short walk from the city centre. the location was perfect, with easy access to all the good spots around town. the room was spacious, clean, and had all the facilities we needed, like a fridge and stove. the staff were friendly and efficient, making sure we had everything we needed. Plus, the view from our balcony was stunning, adding to the overall experience.
The playground on-site was a bit worn down and in need of some maintenance.
